Contessa Frozen Foods - crappy food, no refund!

I recently (April 2008) purchased a package of Orange Ginger Shrimp made by the Contessa Foods Co. of San Pedro, CA. It was horrible! The shrimp were tiny and flavorless, and 80% of the contents of the package was a gummy, bland coating. 20% at most was shrimp. I called the company and asked for a refund. They sent me coupons good for a 75-cent discount on more of their crappy products. I called back and asked again for a refund; they said "oh, we don't give refunds." So beware of anything sold by Contessa; their food is awful and their attitude toward customers is "***." Worst company I've dealt with in a long time!
